Veteran Actor Calls Surya the Next Superstar

Surya's Singam 2 has been getting mixed reviews from fans and critics but that hasn't stopped the movie from being a blockbuster grossing over 50 crores in just 3 days. In order to the celebrate the grand success of the movie a success meet is currently being held where Surya, Director Hari, Cinematographer Priyan are also present.

Here are some highlights from the ongoing success-meet

• Albert theater owner Mariyappan states the movie has been huge hit and its been full house so far and family audiences have made the movie a hit.
• Veteran actor Vijayakumar says Surya's Sincerity, Hard work and dedication were the key to Singam 2's success and Surya is the Next Superstar.
• Been a part of Surya's film career journey since his debut. His transformation has been phenomenal and it's is hard work that has taken him to greater heights - Nasser
• Devi Prasad - Doing a seqeul involves a great challenge. Its the successful combination of Hari and Surya that has ensured Singam 2 has recreated the magic of the first part.
• Director Hari's Hard work with Surya's hard work and justification to the role did wonders for the movie - Rahman
• Hari - Having worked with Surya for 4 movies now (Aaru, Vel, Singam & Singam 2) he is like my brother now and it's a victory for the family.
• Surya - I desperately needed success and always wanted my movie to satisfy all sections of the audience. I'm happy that Singam 2 has done it in a big way. Director Hari is very special to me and the comfort level with him is amazing, Will definitely do more movie with him. My last 2 movies didn't do that well at the box-office, Singam 2 has given me success. It's a result of team work and the fact that everyone knew their roles well. Jyothika has seen Singam 2 four times so far and for the first time she applauded  my performance.
