India Pakistan Partition is Mani Ratnam's Next story

Mani Ratnam is currently been facing all heat for his humongous failure of  'Kadal' which has amounted a huge amounts of loss for the distributors , but one of the distributors who doesn't seem to care about this loss is Director Linguswamy , The director says he doesn't want a single penny from Mani Ratnam for this loss as Mani is Linguswamy's idol.This is what Linguswamy had to say regarding this " I will not knock on Mani Ratnam's doors and ask him to compensate for the loss suffered releasing Kadal . It is a business . Success and failure are part of it . Mani sir is my guru ".  Mani Ratnam doesn't need to compensate money for the lost money but he certainly needs to compensate for the loss his name has suffered , from legendary director to director of mediocrity Mani Ratnam has had a huge downfall .He is hoping to get back his legendary status by signing up Bollywood biggies like Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor for his next, the story he has chosen has also a huge uncharted territory for Indian Cinema ,the story behind the partition of India and Pakistan , if there is one man who could pull this off, it is certainly Mani Ratnam and boy oh boy doesn't he need to pull this off.
